Fitness

I was a dancer for 19 years. I spent most of my time at a dance studio in Maple Grove, MN and continued on to dance for 3 years in college. During my college career, I fractured my spine and was unable to dance my senior year. 



Since my resignation, I have been trying to find ways to stay fit and healthy. I have committed to a 100 day challenge (against myself) to work out for at least 30 minutes each day. I decided that Wednesdays would be a good day for low-impact activity like yoga. I plan to include at least 4 days of crossfit each week, and even do some triathlon training. I completed my first sprint tri in August 2013, and I'm addicted. I hope to do a full tri this summer!
